Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING COSTS

There is currently no cost for shipping within the contiguous US. All sales are final. Please use the Contact page if you have any other specific US shipping questions.

LEAD TIMES

Some decoupage pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production.

Orders for items already made and in stock typically ship within 5-10 business days.

If you would like to receive your order sooner, please use the Contact page to receive an expedited shipping quote.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will be sent an email notification with UPS tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping is done via UPS Ground only, which does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a non-P.O. Box address for shipping when checking out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are located outside of the contiguous US, please use the Contact page to place your order.

DAMAGES

Despite best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen, it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and immediately send a message using the Contact page. Your item will be replaced and reshipped as soon as UPS has inspected your box and obtained possession of the original package, and the replacement products are available for shipment.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

You are responsible for accepting your order delivery. If you require a signature, please note it in the ‘Special Instructions’ box when checking out.

Cameron Pratto is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package. Should you require a signature, UPS will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the shipment to the sender.

Very occasionally, UPS experiences shipping delays. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping charges in these circumstances as UPS does not refund these charges to the shipper.

Recycled and recyclable shipping and packing materials are used whenever possible.

PICK-UP ORDERS

Free pick-up is available for all online orders for those close to or willing to travel to Santa Barbara, California. Once your order is placed, we will be contacted to confirm and schedule a pickup time. Please note that decoupage items are made to order and need at least two weeks for production. All other items are subject to availability.
